The Telecommunications and Information Policy Group (TIPG) is a unit of the Social Science Research Institute, a sponsored research and services division of the College of Social Sciences at the University of Hawai`i at Manoa.

The TIPG program supports the PEACESAT, STAN, and Pacific Partners Networks; distance learning programs; Hawaii and Pacific telehealth activities; and healthcare informatics. The TIPG has developed and maintains Cooperative and Partnering Agreements with many organizations.
