TIPG SUPPORT SERVICES
The State of Hawaii Telehealth Access Network (STAN) a program under the Telecommunications and Information Policy Group (TIPG) operate a centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) where all voice and video conferences are facilitated. The Network Operations Center support multiple video conference bridge units that enable interconnectivity with voice and video teleconferencing between a variety of networks andover a multitude of different technologies.

The NOC facilitate teleconferences over Asynchronus Transfer Mode (ATM), Integrated Digital Services Network (ISDN) and Internet Protocol (IP) interconnecting both private and public networks.

An Operator will be able to assist you in checking available conference dates, providing the necessary request forms and to create your conference reservation.  If you prefer, you can also visit the State Telehealth Access Network (STAN) web site at http://stan.tipg.net for more information.

For Video/Audio Conference Technical Support: 
Contact the Network Operations Center (NOC) (808) 956-6668. An Operator will be the first point of support. If additional technical support is required or becomes necessary, the Operator will contact a TIPG Technician.
